Leaps and Bounds helped a traditional Building Society move towards a more proactive approach to selling, cross-selling and retaining in a very competitive mortgage marketplace. We delivered sessions for the managers to assist in the shift of the culture. These were following by a short spell of coaching to help step up their game and encourage co-operative competitiveness amongst the managers in order to increase sales.
On average managers were seeing an increase of around 100% in retention of business through constant communication with their teams through 1-1 coaching and team briefings. One manager saw an increase in their team's productivity by 300% through a combination of cross sales and mortgage retention.
More recently we worked on a phased approach to introducing a new culture and vision. This started with departments nominating staff to be their 'voice' and as champions they became responsible for making improvement contributions to an innovation forum. We then developed a press conference style event for all members of staff to introduce the new focus in a consultative way. This fresh approach was well received by staff who felt that they had a voice and could share their excitement and concerns positively.
