The training team
We believe that the trainer's role is to enable participants to find the best way to learn, practice and apply what they learn. The goal for our trainers is, therefore, to improve performance back at work and also the results of the business.
Our team all use Accelerated Learning as the core way of learning when they deliver training or run coaching sessions and their focus is on moving people forward to find practical, immediate and sustainable solutions to their problems.
The team run sessions which encourage participants to discover the answers for themselves and to practice and use what they learn as effectively as possible. We also see training as a great opportunity to build commitment and motivation.
Our approach is designed to maximise the results achieved during training and back at work long after the formal classroom learning has finished. Our trainers are all committed to providing ongoing support through the forum, through email and through follow-up challenges where participants have built action plans and made commitments during training.

He says "I don't believe anyone ever loses the excitement of learning something new although it can get pretty buried sometimes. And when we get people enjoying learning and improving the performance of the business at the same time, I struggle to think of it as work. It's much more a privilege to be a part of that process. "
When not with his family or practicing Yoga, Paul can occasionally be found playing an old Les Paul guitar in rock bands in Oxfordshire.
