As a manager, you will know that managing is no longer just about getting things done. It’s about inspiring people and helping them take action and make positive changes to their performance which will improve business results. During your 2 day workshop you will explore what it takes to be a SuperManager© and how you can make a huge contribution to the business goals, by build your team and motivate individual team members and focusing on high leverage tasks.
The 2 days is followed by bi-weekly email triggers to support you to apply what you have learned. You will also have access to our community forum to share and gather ideas from other attendees of the workshop.
