The aim of this 2 day workshop is to creatively explore the way we look at our business relationships and how we can influence the results we get from them. It also focuses on building on current strengths whilst practically building and practicing new strategies that will improve performance further.

The workshop looks at three key areas of effectiveness:

  • Focus and forward planning to make effective use of time and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Effective sales meetings with the emphasis on fact finding and relationship building instead of information giving.
  • Effective presentations that engage the audience creating not just members but active promoters.
